    We stopped into this cafe right after a lovely surf and beach time nearby. It's nestled right in the middle of a rainforest near the surf beaches. The air is sweet and cool and a very scenic place to enjoy the lunch.

    The menu offers your staple fish & chips, steak sandwiches and Caesar salad, but also offer a few unique options and lunch specials. I opted for the king prawn and pumpkin risotto and my wife the steak sandwich. It wasn't the best I've ever had but quite good and considering the options available, this is the best dining experience you'll find.

    A nice variety of desserts and coffees afterwards and they allow BYO as no alcohol for sale.

    The day we arrived, chef had just been carted off to hospital after a seizure, so we can excuse the chaos and how wigged-out the staff were.

    The best thing about this cafe is the surroundings - it feels a bit like you're in an Endorian village of Ewoks when you sit out on the verandah amid the rainforest trees.

    The coffee was tolerable but our croissants were truly excellent - some of the best we've had outside Paris. Which makes sense, considering one of the owners is French. I hope he's OK after his fit.

    Found this cafe via YELP as we were traveling through Port Macquarie and planned to stop for lunch. The meals were fresh and delicious and staff was friendly. Nice day to sit outside in the rainforest too! Worth a visit.

    Come here on every visit to Port Macquarie. It's a must-do for lunch. The cafe is in beautiful surroundings, lovely on a nice day to have the option to sit outside in nature. The food is consistently great, and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you again for a lovely experience - Ben and Guy (lunch) 6/6/16.
